- a dining area with a table, 4 chairs, bar (dishware storage). This space overlooks a balcony of 7 m² facing south on the ground floor
- Kitchenette equipped with 2 hobs, refrigerator with freezer compartment, mini oven, microwave
- Bathroom with sink, bath, separate toilet
